At Skagit Gardens, we strive to deliver top-notch, Retail-Ready plants, on-time on every order! From time to time, we miss the mark, but we appreciate the opportunity to make it right for you and your customers. 

We ask that you submit credit requests within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will need to upload photos showing the reason for your request. 

Pro Tip: Filling this form on your cell phone will allow you the option to upload photos from your phone or take a photo with your phone. You do not need to be logged in to submit form.

Please list all the products you are requesting credit for in the following format: 

   Item#, Description, Size, Quantity

Below product details, select a reason for request and then upload a photo showing the reason for credit request. 

After all credit requests are entered, be sure to scroll to the bottom and click submit.
